Role Context

This position is responsible for managing high-value client portfolios and maintaining strong long-term relationships across the PCG banking segment. The selected professional will drive portfolio growth, supervise day-to-day client interactions, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure portfolio quality while achieving revenue and performance targets in line with bank strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow large account portfolios across the PCG banking segment while maintaining strong portfolio quality
* Build and strengthen sensitive client relationships to increase customer loyalty and long-term business value
* Improve service quality levels across the assigned portfolio to ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention
* Supervise day-to-day activities of subordinates and ensure efficient handling of client interactions
* Guide and support team members to ensure performance targets and service standards are consistently achieved
* Drive portfolio revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing wallet share
* Ensure the team achieves assigned financial targets, profitability goals, and portfolio expansion objectives
* Support cross-selling and upselling of banking products and services across the assigned client base
* Monitor customer requirements and provide suitable banking solutions aligned with business needs
* Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure fast approvals and seamless service delivery
* Ensure all client documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
* Monitor portfolio credit quality and proactively identify early warning signs of risk exposure
* Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure sound lending decisions and timely account renewals
* Maintain compliance with bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
* Provide regular portfolio updates, performance reports, and management insights to senior leadership

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, or related discipline
* Strong senior-level experience in relationship management, portfolio management, or private client banking
* Proven success managing large portfolios and high-value customer relationships
* Strong understanding of PCG banking products, lending structures, and portfolio profitability management
