Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of TMT sector clients across technology, media and telecom industries
* Use advanced analytics to identify new business opportunities and support client onboarding
* Prepare sector-specific pitches and customized financial product proposals
* Analyze client portfolios to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
* Develop transaction documentation including term sheets, information memorandums, and mandate letters
* Build financial models for structured financing and long-term leverage solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate credit, market, and operational risks
* Maintain strong credit quality in line with bank risk frameworks
* Achieve individual and team revenue targets using data-driven strategies
* Maintain and update client account plans with analytical insights
* Ensure all client documentation and records are accurate and compliant
* Submit credit reviews on time and monitor ongoing portfolio performance
* Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* MBA or Master’s degree in Finance preferred
* 8 to 10 years of banking experience with exposure to TMT sector clients
* Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
* Experience in structured financing and corporate banking solutions
* Ability to manage complex client relationships across multiple regions
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
