Role Context
This position is responsible for identifying business requirements, designing efficient solution architectures, and improving software and infrastructure operations across the enterprise. The selected professional will lead technical improvements, optimize service management practices, and support secure system integration while balancing business value with modern technology standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify business and technical requirements and create solution architecture aligned with enterprise objectives
* Analyze existing solutions and operational processes including service management and recommend simplification strategies
* Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and large codebase issues using strong debugging and problem-solving skills
* Improve team operational practices by implementing best practices across software delivery and service management
* Lead successful launches of new features and re-architecture of legacy features while balancing business priorities
* Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities across applications, services, and infrastructure environments
* Integrate software solutions and existing platforms with enterprise systems and business applications
* Apply practical DevSecOps principles across development, deployment, and operational workflows
* Design interactive applications, automation solutions, and service management frameworks
* Maintain coding standards, service management standards, and governance across technology teams
* Work with version control and source control systems including GitHub and GitLab
* Manage relational databases, SQL performance, and data integrity requirements
* Monitor system performance, improve tuning, and strengthen monitoring and alerting mechanisms
* Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation and long-term business value
* Support leadership, mentoring, and talent development across technical teams
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline
* Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle or IT Service Management environments
* Strong expertise in solution architecture, software engineering, and service management frameworks
* Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Availability, and IT Continuity Management
* Deep expertise in one or two major technology stacks with ability to learn new technologies quickly
* Strong understanding of object-oriented design, application architecture, and automation solutions
* Good experience with SQL, relational databases, GitHub, GitLab, and enterprise integration
* Strong analytical thinking, process visualization, and technology decision-making skills
* Experience with DevSecOps, system monitoring, performance tuning, and security management
