Job Overview
As Senior Trading Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily trading operations in the assigned FABS branch, ensuring regulatory compliance, achieving financial targets, and maintaining high client satisfaction. The role involves supervising brokers, implementing operational policies aligned with SCA, DFM, and ADX regulations, and serving as the key contact for HNWI clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and monitor all daily trading activity to ensure compliance with internal procedures and market regulations
* Approve and oversee broker performance to maintain profitability and client satisfaction
* Ensure all transactions adhere to SCA, DFM, and ADX standards and FAB\'s internal policies
* Support brokers with client needs and ensure seamless execution and service delivery
* Manage client relationships, especially with high-net-worth individuals, and cross-sell FAB’s full range of financial products
* Coordinate with FAB branch managers to deliver integrated banking and brokerage services
* Prepare daily and weekly trading reports for senior management
* Monitor systems for misuse or compliance gaps and liaise with compliance and operations teams for resolution
* Provide input on operational updates in line with regulatory changes and assist in implementing new trading policies
* Ensure best execution practices and uphold trading integrity across all desks
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in brokerage operations or trading desk management
* UAE-licensed broker
* Strong understanding of SCA, ADX, and DFM regulations
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
* Highly organized, analytical, and able to perform under pressure
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage client expectations
* Familiarity with trading systems, back-office platforms, and market analysis tools
