Key Responsibilities

* Own the day-to-day operational relationship for an assigned portfolio of securities services and custody clients.
* Build a deep understanding of each client relationship to support tailored service delivery and stronger engagement.
* Work closely with Operations to ensure client requirements, service expectations, and issue resolutions are managed effectively.
* Maintain a structured governance model for client service, including regular reviews, follow-ups, and performance discussions.
* Manage client enquiries efficiently and support automation initiatives that improve response quality and processing speed.
* Strengthen service workflows across the client base by identifying process gaps and recommending practical improvements.
* Maintain strong relationships with client decision makers to support retention, trust, and business growth.
* Support acquisition of new clients by contributing service expertise, product knowledge, and client experience insights.
* Understand custody services, securities services products, market practices, and regulatory requirements across GCC and international markets.
* Position relevant services and solutions to clients in a way that improves their experience and supports revenue expansion.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain service continuity.
* Monitor client feedback and recurring service themes to identify improvement opportunities.
* Support relationship teams with product, service, and operational input during client discussions.
* Help ensure service delivery remains aligned with FAB standards, market expectations, and client-specific requirements.

Ideal Profile

* Strong experience in custody services, securities services, client service management, or institutional banking operations.
* Excellent understanding of securities services products, custody processes, market practice, and client service governance.
* Knowledge of Fund Administration would be an advantage.
* Experience managing institutional or corporate client relationships within a regulated Banking environment.
* Good exposure to GCC and international markets, with awareness of related service and operational requirements.
* Ability to work closely with Operations, relationship teams, and client decision makers to deliver high service standards.
