This role focuses on high-accuracy transaction execution, compliance with internal controls, and service excellence for internal and external customers. The position supports all aspects of transaction processing for remittances, loans, deposits, and clearing, ensuring alignment with operational risk guidelines and service-level commitments.

Key Responsibilities
* Process day-to-day transactions related to inward/outward remittances, PDCs, deposits, loans, and clearing with precision
* Prioritize urgent and high-value transactions for timely processing before cut-off times
* Maintain strict adherence to internal policies, SLA timelines, and compliance standards

Ensure proper reconciliation of suspense accounts and perform daily reconciliations per SOPs
* Monitor and process transactions in accordance with Risk Management Unit (RMU) guidelines
* Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system/process changes across the bank
* Handle queries from internal departments and correspondent banks efficiently and accurately
* Contribute to service quality by maintaining confidentiality and providing 24x7 support for VVIP clients
* Manage safe custody and archiving of all documents, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness
* Provide feedback for operational process improvements and risk mitigation
* Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reports for management and audit teams
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
* At least 2 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in cash management or transaction processing
* Knowledge of remittance products, clearing, and core banking systems
* Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk frameworks
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude
* Proven ability to manage documentation and maintain data confidentiality
