Team Leader - Direct Sales (Banking Products)

Job Overview
Sharaf DG is hiring a Team Leader to manage and drive performance for its Direct Sales team focused on banking products. Based in Dubai, this role involves leading a team of sales professionals, ensuring monthly targets are met, coaching team members, and maintaining high service standards in compliance with partner bank policies.

Job Overview
As a Team Leader - Direct Sales, you will oversee a unit of up to 12 sales executives engaged in promoting financial products such as credit cards, loans, and related services. The role demands hands-on leadership in sales strategy execution, team motivation, quality control, customer handling, and revenue growth. You will also ensure adherence to regulatory and partner compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and manage a direct sales team of up to 12 staff members
* Drive team performance to meet monthly and annual sales targets
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new team members
* Monitor team productivity and report on KPIs, conversions, and pipeline health
* Handle escalated customer issues and ensure service excellence across all client interactions

* Track and improve the profitability and efficiency of the sales channel
* Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions where necessary
* Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline support and reporting

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree required
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within banking or financial services
* Strong understanding of banking products, particularly retail offerings such as credit cards and personal finance
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
* Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams in a target-driven environment
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data
