Key Responsibilities
* Execute sourcing strategies and support sourcing plans across assigned technology domains such as cloud, infrastructure, platforms, and enterprise technology services.
* Manage RFP and RFQ documentation, vendor communication, evaluation coordination, and decision support activities.
* Liaise with procurement teams to ensure sourcing events follow internal policy, risk, compliance, and governance requirements.
* Maintain sourcing artifacts including playbooks, trackers, evaluation matrices, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
* Identify cost optimization opportunities, sourcing efficiencies, and process improvements within allocated technology categories.
* Coordinate daily sourcing activities with category managers, business stakeholders, delivery teams, finance, legal, and procurement partners.
* Ensure vendor engagement processes and sourcing documentation remain aligned with enterprise standards.
* Track sourcing KPIs including cycle time, savings, vendor SLAs, issue closure, and process performance.
* Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support management visibility and sourcing performance reviews.
* Promote sourcing hygiene through structured documentation, accountability tracking, and timely issue escalation.
* Support vendor management activities including engagement model documentation, performance tracking, and supplier scorecard updates.
* Assist with commercial offer evaluation, cost structure analysis, benchmarking, and sourcing recommendation preparation.
* Support ESG, sustainability, and supplier diversity compliance requirements within sourcing activities.
* Maintain strong documentation control to support audit readiness, governance checks, and procurement transparency.
* Work with stakeholders to ensure sourcing decisions balance commercial value, service quality, delivery risk, and compliance requirements.
Ideal Profile
* Experience in technology sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, category support, or commercial sourcing coordination.
* Hands-on exposure to RFPs, RFQs, vendor evaluation, supplier communication, and sourcing documentation.
* Understanding of technology domains such as cloud, infrastructure, platforms, software, managed services, or enterprise technology solutions.
* Working knowledge of sourcing governance principles, procurement compliance, vendor engagement controls, and documentation standards.
* Ability to evaluate commercial proposals, compare supplier offers, analyze cost structures, and support benchmarking.
* Strong coordination skills for working with category leads, technology teams, procurement, finance, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented approach to trackers, evaluation matrices, sourcing files, dashboards, and KPI reports.
* Good communication skills with the ability to follow up across multiple internal and external parties.
* Process-driven mindset with the ability to manage sourcing checkpoints, timelines, issue logs, and approval requirements.
* Awareness of ESG, sustainability, and supplier diversity considerations in sourcing activity is an advantage.
