Dicetek LLC is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Specialist with 3–6 years of experience to support the implementation, tuning, and optimization of monitoring systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, SAS, and ETL development, combined with knowledge of regulatory standards and data analysis practices.

What You’ll Do
* Implement, validate, and fine-tune transaction monitoring systems (Mantas, SAS, Omni, Siron)
* Conduct customer segmentation, threshold analysis, and typology assessments
* Perform data profiling, data quality checks, and lineage analysis for monitoring systems
* Carry out completeness reviews and ATL/BTL testing to validate system performance
* Apply statistical testing methods such as Calinski Harabasz, Davies Bouldin, Silhouette, and PSI for model evaluation
* Use SQL, SSIS, Python, SAS, Power BI, and ETL tools for data analysis and validation
* Ensure compliance with oversight standards, governance requirements, and model management guidelines
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
* 3–6 years of experience in transaction monitoring systems within financial services
* Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, Python, SAS, ETL development, and Power BI
* Experience with monitoring systems including Mantas, SAS, Omni, or Siron
* Strong background in data analysis, profiling, and validation
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and model management guidelines
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
