Key Responsibilities
* Lead the launch and implementation of new lending products and operational frameworks
* Design and optimize end-to-end lending workflows including underwriting and loan processing
* Drive transformation programs by planning, structuring, and executing cross-functional initiatives
* Analyze business data to identify inefficiencies and uncover revenue growth opportunities
* Develop executive-level presentations and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
* Manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption across operational and leadership teams
* Track KPIs such as conversion rates, turnaround time, and portfolio performance
* Collaborate with technology teams to define system requirements and enhance digital platforms
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in partnership with risk and compliance teams
* Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve process efficiency and customer experience
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
* 7+ years of experience in consumer finance, retail banking, or fintech environments
* Strong understanding of lending products, credit risk, and financial operations
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives
* Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
* Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data modeling and analysis
