Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for FAB’s Business Banking segment across micro, SME, commercial, and ecosystem propositions.
* Design and execute integrated marketing programs that support acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and revenue growth.
* Position FAB as a preferred banking partner for businesses in the UAE through strong value propositions and targeted market communication.
* Partner closely with Business Banking leadership to align marketing priorities with segment goals, revenue plans, and customer growth objectives.
* Work with Product, Digital, Analytics, CRM, Corporate Communications, and Distribution teams to deliver coordinated marketing initiatives.
* Develop customer-led campaigns that improve awareness, lead generation, product adoption, and relationship deepening.
* Use data, insights, and customer segmentation to improve campaign relevance, conversion performance, and customer lifetime value.
* Support cross-sell strategies across business banking products, digital channels, payments, lending, deposits, and advisory-related solutions.
* Strengthen customer engagement and retention through lifecycle marketing, CRM journeys, and targeted communication programs.
* Collaborate with digital teams to improve online acquisition journeys, campaign landing pages, digital conversion, and self-service adoption.
* Ensure brand messaging, proposition communication, and campaign execution reflect FAB’s competitive differentiation.
* Track campaign performance, marketing KPIs, customer behavior, and business outcomes to refine future activity.
* Lead marketing planning, budget prioritization, agency coordination, and execution governance for Business Banking campaigns.
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, brand guidelines, and communication controls.
* Provide senior-level marketing input for product launches, ecosystem partnerships, customer programs, and strategic business initiatives.
Ideal Profile
* Senior marketing experience in banking, financial services, SME banking, business banking, B2B marketing, or commercial customer segments.
* Strong understanding of UAE business banking customers, including micro, SME, commercial, and ecosystem-led propositions.
* Proven ability to lead marketing strategy, campaign execution, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell programs.
* Experience working with product, digital, analytics, CRM, corporate communications, sales, and distribution teams.
* Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM journeys, customer segmentation, and digital acquisition.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue growth, customer value, and business performance.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional priorities.
