* Partner with coverage teams, product units, and senior stakeholders on deal structuring
* Represent credit in internal committees and decision-making forums
* Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals
* Lead annual credit reviews and ensure compliance with approval conditions
* Assess commodity price risks, production trends, and capital expenditure cycles
* Contribute to policy development and sector-specific risk frameworks
* Mentor junior team members and strengthen technical capabilities within the team

Ideal Profile

* Extensive experience in energy finance, ENR credit, or structured lending
* Strong knowledge of upstream, midstream, and downstream energy sectors
* Proven ability to manage complex transactions and senior stakeholders
* Experience in reserve based lending and cross-border credit exposure
* Strong leadership presence and decision-making ability under pressure
* Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in high-stakes environments
