Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Engage with Business Banking Sales and Coverage teams to identify wealth and bancassurance opportunities within the customer base.
* Drive deeper penetration of Wealth and Bancassurance products among business banking clients.
* Meet customers to understand financial objectives, protection needs, investment preferences, and long-term planning requirements.
* Generate new business opportunities for FAB through suitable wealth, insurance, and financial product discussions.
* Support relationship managers with product expertise, client conversations, and solution positioning.
* Recommend appropriate wealth and bancassurance solutions based on customer needs, risk profile, eligibility, and bank policy.
* Build strong working relationships with internal sales, coverage, product, and service teams.
* Support cross-selling activity while maintaining transparent communication and responsible advisory standards.
* Track customer leads, pipeline activity, conversions, and revenue contribution from assigned opportunities.
* Ensure all customer discussions, product recommendations, and documentation follow FAB policies and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain strong awareness of wealth products, bancassurance solutions, customer suitability requirements, and market developments.
* Provide customers with clear information about product features, benefits, risks, terms, and required documentation.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth onboarding, application processing, and after-sales service.
* Help improve customer experience by responding to queries, following up on pending cases, and escalating issues when required.
* Contribute to business banking growth by increasing share of wallet and strengthening customer relationships.
Ideal Profile
* Experience in wealth management, bancassurance, investment products, financial advisory, business banking, or financial product sales is preferred.
* Strong understanding of Wealth and Bancassurance products within a Banking environment.
* Ability to identify customer needs and match them with suitable financial solutions responsibly.
* Good knowledge of customer suitability, risk profiling, documentation, compliance, and regulatory expectations.
* Strong sales, communication, relationship-building, and client engagement skills.
* Comfortable working with relationship managers, coverage teams, product specialists, and business banking customers.
* Ability to manage leads, follow up on opportunities, and support revenue growth targets.
* Professional approach to customer conversations, financial needs analysis, and product explanation.
