Full Job Description
Assist with workshop administration and communication
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
Grade 12
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
2 years relevant experience in a services department
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Create job cards and quotations
Create pro-forma invoices of job cards
Create orders of external vendors on job cards
Allocation of daily banking
Communication with customers
Processing of warranty claims
Allocation of technician labour hours
Debt collecting
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
Basic knowledge of workshop administration
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Understanding of parts and maintenance items to be ordered
