Partner with the best
Jubail Chemicals Plant Leader will be the senior manager on site having responsibility for all site operations, including:
- Managing the performance of the site Team, ensuring adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental regulations, Quality requirements, Customer (internal & external) expectations and corporate systems/procedures.
- Building effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and external Regulatory/Governmental Bodies.
- Maintaining and controlling inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Setting financial budgets and controlling expenditure accordingly.
- Preparing capital investment proposals and a medium-term Capital Plan for the Plant.
- Ensuring Engineering and Maintenance services are completed to the required standard.
- Preparing production and performance reports as required by Senior Management.
- Supporting and developing the staff on site through effective training and career planning.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelors Engineering degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum of 10 years of experience in batch chemical plant operations.
- Have good oral and written communication with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have good track record of analytical and organizational ability.
- Effective at collaboration, team working and designing/rolling out business processes.
Desired Characteristics:
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have strong leadership capability.
- Have a consultative team management style.
