Grade 10

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations concerning EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) systems and general security procedures.

He must also maintain an adequate system of record keeping and be able to compile reports.

Key Responsibilities
Control room security monitoring
Listing opening and closing times and identifying late openings/closings and establishing reasons for late openings and closing.
Communicate issues with line manager
Must be able to work night shift.

Qualifications:
Matric Certificate
PSIRA Registered / Grade B Control Room / CCTV Operator Knowledge, Skills and Experience
No criminal record
Strong data processing accuracy and speed
Good attention to detail
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Speak, read and write)
A strong logical thinking and analytical ability with excellent numerical skills and the ability to be accurate and pay attention to detail.
High energy level and performance-driven
Excellent time management skills
Ability to remain flexible, function under pressure and maintain a positive attitude and work performance in a variety of circumstances.
Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player
