Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, appointments, internal meetings, and travel coordination for executives, managers, or project teams.
* Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and routine communication as a professional first point of contact.
* Prepare reports, memos, presentations, meeting notes, and other administrative documents with accuracy.
* Maintain organized filing systems, records, office documents, and digital administrative information.
* Support day-to-day office operations by coordinating supplies, office equipment, and workplace requirements.
* Assist with data entry, research, follow-ups, and general support tasks needed by the business team.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure administrative requests are handled smoothly and on time.
* Help maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment for staff and visitors.
* Follow company procedures, confidentiality standards, and internal communication guidelines.
* Support the wider administration team with flexible tasks linked to business and project operations.
Ideal Profile
* UAE National with a valid family book, as required for this Fursa Program opportunity.

* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence to support managers, teams, and visitors.
* Previous internship, office support, customer service, or administration exposure will be helpful but is not mandatory.
