Key Responsibilities
* Manage appointments, meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements for executives, managers, or project teams.
* Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and routine communication as a professional first point of contact.
* Prepare reports, memos, presentations, forms, and administrative documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain filing systems, office records, digital documents, and supporting administrative information.
* Support smooth office operations by ordering supplies, coordinating office equipment, and assisting with workplace needs.
* Assist with data entry, research, document updates, follow-ups, and other support tasks as required.
* Coordinate with internal teams to help keep daily administrative activities organized and timely.
* Maintain confidentiality when handling business documents, communication, and team information.
* Support meetings by preparing materials, tracking basic actions, and helping with coordination requirements.
* Follow company procedures and contribute to an organized, professional, and efficient office environment.

* UAE National with a valid family book, as required for this Fursa Program opportunity.
