Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily project management activities to keep infrastructure project delivery aligned with approved goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Support the management of complex government infrastructure projects from planning and coordination through execution and reporting.
* Control project-related communications to maintain clear, accurate, and timely information flow across clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams.
* Coordinate project deliverables and ensure submissions are completed on schedule and in line with contractual and technical requirements.
* Monitor project quality management processes to help ensure deliverables meet required standards, specifications, and client expectations.
* Prepare and maintain regular project reports, including progress updates, risk registers, budget tracking inputs, and status summaries.
* Support stakeholder engagement activities and help manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Work with multidisciplinary project teams to improve coordination, accountability, and timely issue resolution.
* Provide direction and support to team members while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Assist in identifying project risks, delivery challenges, communication gaps, and quality concerns that may affect project outcomes.
* Support the use of digital tools, BIM-related workflows, and engineering software to improve project coordination and documentation.
* Help ensure infrastructure project activities consider sustainability, environmental impact requirements, and relevant industry standards.
* Maintain organized project records, communication logs, reports, and deliverable trackers for management review.
* Perform other project coordination and management support duties as required.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is an Arabic-speaking assistant project manager with a civil or construction engineering background and a strong interest in infrastructure project delivery. This role requires someone who can communicate confidently, organize project information clearly, and support project leadership across technical, contractual, quality, and stakeholder matters.
* Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Experience supporting infrastructure planning, execution, project coordination, or project management activities.
* Arabic language ability is required for stakeholder communication and project coordination.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with engineering-related software tools used in infrastructure project environments.
* Demonstrated potential to work in a lead capacity and coordinate team activities effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
* Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to infrastructure planning and execution.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, reports, and project documentation.
* Proactive and solution-oriented approach to project challenges and stakeholder requirements.
* Knowledge of sustainability and environmental impact requirements in infrastructure projects.
* Familiarity with BIM and digital project coordination tools is preferred.
