Key Responsibilities
* Support the Resident Engineer in managing day-to-day project operations for infrastructure works
* Perform field engineering tasks including constructability reviews and site inspections
* Ensure quality assurance of construction activities in line with approved drawings and specifications
* Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues within the assigned discipline
* Review and interpret engineering drawings to ensure correct implementation and revision control
* Coordinate with design teams and maintain communication across project stakeholders
* Monitor construction schedules and provide progress updates to project leadership
* Track procurement and delivery of materials to support timely project execution
* Ensure all inspections and testing procedures are conducted and properly documented

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure, road works, and utilities projects
* Proven experience supervising large-scale road and infrastructure projects, preferably in Dubai UAE
* Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering standards, and quality control
* Experience managing multidisciplinary site activities and inspection teams
* Strong technical reporting and communication skills in English
* Ability to manage complex engineering challenges and coordinate across teams
