Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is seeking a motivated Associate Civil Engineer – Structures (UAE National) to join its structural engineering team in Dubai. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for Emirati graduates to develop their technical skills, gain practical design experience, and contribute to complex infrastructure and bridge projects under the mentorship of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior structural engineers in the analysis and design of bridges, buildings, and civil structures.
Perform basic design calculations and prepare technical documents in line with project requirements.
Coordinate with CAD teams for the development of detailed structural drawings.
Review and verify drawings prepared by draftsmen to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Support the preparation of reports, quantity estimates, and design documentation.
Apply international design codes and standards such as AASHTO, BS, and Eurocodes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and design efficiency.
Participate in technical meetings and assist in design reviews and site coordination activities.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience in structural design.
Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as CSi Bridge, Midas Civil, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
Strong academic background in structural mechanics, reinforced concrete, and steel design.
Good command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to learn quickly.
Must be a UAE National with a valid family book.
