What You\'ll Be Doing
- Perform highway engineering assignments using fundamental engineering techniques for road and highway design and analysis.
- Apply established engineering
theories and practices while developing practical knowledge of highway design.
- Work under close supervision while gaining familiarity with Parsons procedures, technical requirements, and engineering workflows.
- Use computer-aided engineering and CAD applications as required for assigned design activities.
- Participate in a structured rotational programme when assigned, with potential exposure to Project Controls, Procurement, Construction Management, and different engineering disciplines.
- Develop broader understanding of how highway engineering interfaces with other technical and project delivery functions.
- Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations when required by project assignments.
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1+ years of highway design or engineering experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of engineering disciplines beyond the immediate highway design scope.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and-or Bentley MicroStation-OpenRoads.
- Familiarity with other PC software packages commonly associated with engineering activities.
- Interest in developing practical highway and road design capabilities within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
