What You\'ll Be Doing
- Carry out highway engineering assignments using fundamental engineering techniques for road and
highway design and analysis.
- Apply engineering theories and established practices while developing practical capability under close supervision.
- Gain familiarity with Parsons engineering procedures, workflows, and project delivery practices.
- Support assignments involving computer-aided engineering and CAD applications.
- Participate in a structured rotational programme when assigned, which may provide exposure to Project Controls, Procurement, Construction Management, and different engineering disciplines.
- Build an understanding of the interfaces between highway design and other engineering and project delivery functions.
- Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations when required by an assignment.
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in highway design or engineering; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of other engineering fields, including civil, electrical, mechanical, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and-or Bentley MicroStation-OpenRoads.
- Familiarity with other PC software packages commonly associated with engineering work.
- Ability to develop technical knowledge through supervised engineering assignments and practical project exposure.
