What You\'ll Be Doing
- Perform highway engineering assignments using fundamental engineering techniques for road and highway design and analysis.

Apply engineering theories and practices while developing technical capability under close supervision.
- Support design activities within the roads and highways discipline as part of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Gain practical exposure to Parsons procedures, engineering processes, and project delivery requirements.
- Participate in structured rotational assignments when applicable, with potential exposure to Project Controls, Procurement, Construction Management, and different engineering disciplines.
- Use computer-aided engineering and CAD applications for relevant technical assignments.
- Work alongside experienced engineers while developing the technical knowledge required for increasingly complex highway engineering responsibilities.
- Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations when required by project assignments.
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Internship or work experience in civil design or engineering.
- Basic engineering knowledge across civil, electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering field.
- Familiarity with CAD applications.
- Familiarity with PC software packages commonly used for engineering work.
- Willingness to develop technical knowledge through supervised engineering assignments and multidisciplinary project exposure.
