Key Responsibilities
* Provide project-specific BIM and CAD support to landscape design teams working on infrastructure, public realm, and urban development projects.
* Create landscape BIM models and drawings in Revit and Civil 3D according to client requirements, project standards, and required LOD stages from LOD 100 to LOD 350.
* Prepare landscape drawings including general arrangements, grading plans, layouts, details, sections, and supporting documentation from sketches, design inputs, and engineering information.
* Support clash detection workflows using Navisworks, Revizto, and related coordination tools to identify and resolve model conflicts.
* Develop, organize, and maintain CAD and BIM libraries to improve drafting efficiency, consistency, and digital design quality.
* Apply established CAD and BIM standards, technical manuals, design procedures, and project-specific drafting requirements.
* Work with standards and codes such as ISO 19650, BS 1192, and other relevant digital delivery guidelines.
* Compile technical data and perform routine dimensional calculations needed for landscape drawings and model preparation.
* Interpret orthographic 2D drawings, isometric 3D designs, supplier documents, and manufacturer drawings.
* Provide practical training and support to users of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and BIM workflows.
* Assist in preparing CAD and BIM standards and support their implementation across project teams.
* Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure drawing deliverables are accurate, coordinated, and issued on time.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape, Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 6 years of demonstrable BIM and CAD design production experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Previous experience on landscape, infrastructure, public realm, urban planning, or design consultancy projects is preferred.
* Strong working knowledge of Autodesk tools, especially AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
* Practical understanding of BIM processes, CAD production workflows, model coordination, and drawing documentation standards.
* Experience supporting CAD and BIM instruction, user training, or internal digital design improvement initiatives.
* Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D design information with attention to accuracy and presentation quality.
* Fluent English communication skills with the ability to coordinate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with different project teams, disciplines, and personalities.
