BIM Coordinator - Civil 3D Infrastructure Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Role Summary
Parsons is currently hiring a BIM Coordinator for Civil 3D infrastructure projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with strong BIM expertise in roads, drainage, grading, and utilities. You will lead the coordination of digital design workflows and ensure delivery is aligned with ISO 19650 standards and UAE infrastructure requirements.

What You’ll Do
* Coordinate BIM activities across infrastructure projects, especially roads, utilities, and grading
* Develop and manage Civil 3D models including subassemblies, surfaces, pipe networks, and corridors
* Customize Civil 3D elements to meet project cross-section and authority submission requirements
* Lead clash detection using Navisworks and support resolution among multidisciplinary teams
* Enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and support ISO 19650 documentation workflows
* Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure model quality, integration, and spatial accuracy
* Prepare and update Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP)
* Conduct QA audits on BIM data and ensure compliance with client and project standards
* Maintain BIM documentation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on data delivery
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for civil infrastructure projects
* Deep technical proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, corridor modeling, custom subassemblies, and pipe networks
* Proven experience with clash detection tools (Navisworks) and CDEs such as ACC or ProjectWise
* Strong understanding of infrastructure design workflows and LOD principles
* Knowledge of ISO 19650-compliant BIM processes
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
