Position Overview
As a BIM Coordinator - Infrastructure, you will lead BIM model coordination, quality control, and compliance with client BIM requirements, ensuring delivery to the highest digital standards. You will support model management, clash detection, and adherence to ISO 19650 across multiple design packages while collaborating closely with BIM leads, engineers, and technical teams.

You’ll Do
* Act as the primary liaison for BIM model updates, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and documentation alignment with client expectations
* Oversee BIM QA/QC processes and ensure model compliance with project standards and ISO19650 requirements
* Coordinate production and integration of Civil 3D BIM models across disciplines
* Manage the creation and maintenance of federated models, TIDPs, MIDPs, BEPs, and clash detection matrices
* Support cloud-based model collaboration workflows using platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
* Generate and track issue logs, model coordination comments, and clash resolutions
* Provide technical support and mentoring on BIM standards and workflows to design teams
* Collaborate with designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure consistency in model structure and LOIN (Level of Information Need)
* Ensure all model content is well-documented, version-controlled, and integrated across the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* 8+ years of relevant BIM experience in infrastructure design, coordination, and QA/QC roles
* Proven expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, and BIM model management
* Strong knowledge of ISO19650, TIDP, MIDP, and federated model workflows
* Experience in model-based coordination and digital collaboration on mega projects
* Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Dynamo, or Python is advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail, documentation standards, and issue tracking
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
