Civil Engineer
JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the design, development, and supervision of major civil infrastructure projects in Riyadh. This role focuses on sustainable construction, regulatory compliance, and effective project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater treatment plant projects, ready factory projects, and steel structures, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to collect data for project planning and development.
- Develop detailed engineering designs and specifications for civil infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and community planning requirements.
- Supervise construction activities, performing regular inspections to confirm adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Address engineering challenges that arise during the construction phase and provide technical solutions to maintain project integrity.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with expertise in wastewater treatment plants, ready factory projects, and steel structures (design and supervision).
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other industry-standard engineering tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving engineering challenges.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with project goals and deadlines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
