Role Summary
Parsons Corporation is seeking a Civil Inspector to join its Dubai team and support the supervision of major infrastructure projects. The role involves conducting inspections, tests, and quality checks on roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, and irrigation works. The Civil Inspector will ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, codes, and safety standards, contributing to the delivery of high-quality infrastructure in Dubai.

What You’ll Do
* Perform inspections and tests on civil and structural works, including soil compaction, concrete, and aggregate quality
* Inspect piling works, underground piping, and drainage systems for compliance with specifications
* Validate piping systems through hydraulic and pressure tests
* Inspect electrical installations to ensure proper grounding and adherence to standards
* Conduct surveillance on painting, insulation, and protective coatings to verify quality and continuity
* Review and verify contractor workmanship on labor and subcontracted tasks
* Verify equipment alignment and balancing operations during construction activities
* Contribute to the preparation of quality control reports, safety reports, and related documentation
* Ensure adherence to project safety procedures and environmental standards
* Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve inspection-related issues
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 7 years of experience in civil inspection across infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, or irrigation
* Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
* Knowledge of quality assurance methods and construction testing procedures
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Good communication and coordination skills with project teams and contractors
* Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulations
