Key Responsibilities
* Participate in AECOM’s ADVANCE graduate development programme over approximately 24 months.
* Build essential business, technical, and personal skills to support the transition from university graduate to professional engineer.
* Support electrical engineering teams with graduate-level design, coordination, documentation, and project delivery tasks.
* Assist with calculations, sketches, drawings, reports, technical inputs, and project information under supervision.
* Gain broad exposure to transportation, infrastructure, and multidisciplinary engineering projects.
* Work with experienced engineers and project teams to understand electrical systems, design standards, and consultancy workflows.
* Develop knowledge of project schedules, quality requirements, technical coordination, and professional engineering practices.
* Support data collection, document preparation, design reviews, and assigned project activities.
* Take part in training, mentoring, and structured development activities linked to the graduate programme.
