Key Responsibilities
* Support senior transport planning professionals with technical input across mobility, highway, pedestrian, public transport, and spatial planning projects.
* Assist with data collection, traffic information review, transport surveys, and analysis required for planning studies.
* Help review, update, and build transport models using relevant modelling tools and specialist software.
* Support planning and evaluation of future transport schemes, access strategies, mobility networks, and master plan proposals.
* Contribute to reports, presentations, technical notes, bids, and proposal documentation for public and private sector clients.
* Attend meetings and workshops with clients, planners, engineers, architects, master planners, and other project disciplines.
* Apply creative thinking and technical analysis to help solve transport challenges from early project stages through design development.
* Learn how transport planning advice is integrated into infrastructure, urban development, and multidisciplinary design projects.
* Work with project teams to assess mobility needs, transport impacts, modelling outputs, and planning recommendations.
* Participate in AECOM’s ADVANCE graduate program to build professional, technical, communication, and business skills.
* Complete assigned tasks under supervision while meeting project timelines, quality standards, and reporting requirements.

Ideal Profile
* Recent graduate with strong interest in transport planning, mobility planning, civil engineering, urban planning, or infrastructure development.
* Academic background in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, Infrastructure Planning, or a related discipline will be suitable.
* Interest in pedestrian modelling, highway modelling, public transport systems, traffic analysis, spatial planning, and master planning.
* Comfortable working with data, technical reports, modelling outputs, presentations, and planning documents.
* Basic awareness of transport modelling tools, GIS, Excel, CAD, or planning software will be beneficial.
* Good analytical thinking with the ability to review information, identify patterns, and support evidence-based recommendations.
* Able to work with engineers, architects, planners, consultants, and project managers in multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong communication skills for meetings, workshops, reporting, and client-facing project support.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to develop a long-term career in transport planning and mobility consulting.
* Able to work in a flexible project environment across office, remote, and client-site settings when required.
