Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality 3D renders, visualizations, animations, and presentation visuals for infrastructure, roads, construction, architecture, and urban design projects.
* Develop creative graphic content such as presentation boards, infographics, brochures, proposal layouts, project visuals, and branded communication materials.
* Produce conceptual and photorealistic visualizations that clearly represent engineering, architectural, urban planning, and infrastructure design concepts.
* Support project teams with visual communication, design development, and presentation enhancement for technical and client-facing deliverables.
* Create and edit motion graphics, walkthrough animations, multimedia presentations, and visual storytelling assets.
* Coordinate with engineers, planners, architects, designers, and project managers to ensure visual outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements.
* Maintain branding consistency, graphic quality, layout discipline, and professional presentation standards across all assigned materials.
* Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines, quality expectations, and project-specific submission requirements.
* Review project information, drawings, and visual references to develop accurate and compelling design outputs.
* Contribute creative ideas that improve proposal quality, project communication, and visual impact across Parsons project teams.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate combines technical visualization skills with strong graphic design judgment and experience supporting roads, construction, or infrastructure-related projects. A strong portfolio showing 3D rendering, animation, visual storytelling, and presentation design is essential.
* Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture Visualization, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, 3D visualization, rendering, animation, or multimedia production.
* Experience supporting roads, construction, infrastructure, architecture, urban planning, or engineering-related projects.
* Strong working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
* Good understanding of composition, lighting, materials, scale, perspective, and visual storytelling.
* Ability to prepare presentation-quality visualizations, proposal graphics, brochures, infographics, and multimedia assets.
* Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary technical and design teams.
* Creative mindset with sharp attention to detail, layout quality, and final presentation standards.
* Knowledge of Revit, BIM workflows, AI-assisted visualization tools, video editing, and motion graphics will be an advantage.
