Key Responsibilities
* Support ongoing infrastructure, roads, buildings, bridges, utilities, and construction supervision projects across assigned technical roles.
* Ensure project activities are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and authority guidelines.
* Coordinate with project managers, resident engineers, contractors, consultants, design teams, and client representatives to support smooth project delivery.
* Review or support technical deliverables, site inspections, construction progress, planning schedules, material checks, design documents, or cost-related submissions depending on the assigned position.
* Monitor construction activities, site progress, quality compliance, safety practices, and project documentation within the relevant area of expertise.
* Contribute to roads, bridges, infrastructure, buildings, electromechanical, structural, civil, utilities, planning, materials, HSE, quantity surveying, surveying, or BIM-related tasks.
* Prepare reports, inspection records, progress updates, technical comments, site observations, or project documentation as required by the role.
* Assist in resolving technical, design, coordination, quality, safety, commercial, or site-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Follow UAE local authority requirements and support approvals, inspections, NOCs, and project compliance where applicable.
* Maintain professional communication with internal teams, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Profile
* Experienced construction supervision or engineering professional with relevant background in roads, infrastructure, buildings, bridges, utilities, or related civil engineering projects.
* Suitable candidates may include Resident Engineers, Senior Engineers, Design Engineers, Site Architects, Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, Utilities Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Electromechanical Engineers, Planning Engineers, Materials Engineers, HSE Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Inspectors, Land Surveyors, and BIM Coordinators.
* Experience level should match the target role, ranging from 7 years for inspector, surveyor, and BIM positions to 20+ years for Resident Engineer roles.
* Strong understanding of construction supervision, design coordination, site inspection, quality control, planning, safety, cost management, or technical documentation.
* Previous UAE project exposure and local authority experience will be highly valuable.
* Able to work on infrastructure or building projects in a fast-paced site or project office environment.
* Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
* Relevant degree, diploma, engineering qualification, technical certification, or professional experience aligned with the applied role.
* Ability to attend face-to-face interview rounds if shortlisted as part of the recruitment drive.
