Position Overview
As an Interface and Integration Engineer at Parsons Dubai, you will manage cross-disciplinary interfaces among key systems such as signaling, SCADA, telecom, power supply, rolling stock, and more. This role demands strong stakeholder engagement, engineering documentation,

Core Duties
* Lead interface management between systems and subsystems across infrastructure projects
* Develop and enforce Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and the Interface Management Plan
* Review subsystem designs to ensure compliance, compatibility, and integration standards
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless communication
* Oversee system integration testing, commissioning, and functional validation
* Ensure compliance with global standards including EN 50126/28/29, ISO/IEC 15288
* Identify and mitigate integration-related risks through proactive planning and stakeholder alignment
* Manage change control processes, documenting all impacts to scope and integration
* Provide technical guidance on CAD/BIM systems such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks
* Prepare detailed progress reports on interface activities, risks, and outcomes
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
* 8+ years of experience in systems interface and integration design in infrastructure projects
* Working knowledge of railway/metro systems integration (signaling, SCADA, power, telecom)
* Familiarity with INCOSE best practices and interface risk management
* Proficiency with system engineering platforms such as DOORS, AutoCAD, Revit
* Experience working within UAE infrastructure development environments preferred
* Strong technical writing, coordination, and project delivery capabilities
* Certifications such as INCOSE ASEP or CSEP are a plus
