Key Responsibilities
* Lead structural engineering activities across assigned construction sites.
* Verify compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
* Maintain alignment with project quality requirements and the Saudi Building Code.
* Conduct daily inspections of structural construction activities.
* Check structural integrity, material compliance and workmanship quality.
* Analyze field conditions and structural performance information.
* Recommend technical solutions for design and construction challenges.
* Lead and mentor field engineers and technical personnel.
* Delegate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
* Support the professional development of junior engineers and technicians.
* Prepare field reports, inspection logs and project records.
* Maintain documentation required for regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate structural matters with project managers and architects.
* Work with contractors to resolve technical issues promptly.
* Implement and enforce construction safety requirements.
* Promote safe practices across all structural activities.
* Interpret structural drawings, specifications and technical documents.
* Verify that approved designs are accurately implemented on site.
* Coordinate material testing, inspections and certification.
* Confirm compliance with project and industry testing standards.
* Communicate technical findings to internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in construction and project-coordination meetings.
* Provide expert input on structural risks and project timelines.

Ideal Profile
* Minimum 15 years of structural field-engineering and site-supervision experience.
* Strong proficiency with SAP2000, ETABS and AutoCAD.
* Detailed knowledge of the Saudi Building Code.
* Familiarity with IBC, ACI and AISC standards.
* Demonstrated construction project-management experience.
* Strong knowledge of structural quality-control procedures.
* Experience coordinating material testing and certification.
* Proven ability to supervise engineers and technical personnel.
* Excellent interpretation of structural drawings and specifications.
* Strong analytical judgment and construction problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication.
* Organized and detail-focused approach to technical work.
* Middle East construction experience is preferred.
* PMP or an equivalent project-management credential is advantageous.
* Experience with BIM processes and software is beneficial.
* Background in major commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects is preferred.
* Familiarity with construction-management and digital documentation systems.
* Experience training and mentoring junior engineering staff.
