Logistics and HSE Engineer - Infrastructure Projects
Role Summary
Parsons Corporation is seeking a qualified Logistics and HSE Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi-based team supporting major infrastructure developments. This hybrid role focuses on safety compliance, traffic planning, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth execution of large-scale urban projects in line with UAE regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in implementing logistics and safety frameworks aligned with project and client requirements
* Monitor safety programs and traffic plans in compliance with UAE and Abu Dhabi regulations
* Support site inspections and conduct safety audits to track compliance and corrective actions
* Coordinate logistics strategies for project access, vehicle movement, material storage, and workforce routing
* Analyze accident records and safety performance data; generate trend-based reports
* Ensure that project logistics comply with the Emirates of Abu Dhabi Work Zone – Traffic Management Manual
* Prioritize health and safety over non-safety tasks and contribute to wider ESHARP initiatives
* Liaise with regulatory bodies including ADOSH and Traffic Police as needed
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or relevant field
* Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics and safety, including 5+ years in a similar capacity
* ADOSH OSHMS Practitioner A or B grade certification (if applicable)
* Lead Auditor certification in ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
* In-depth knowledge of UAE road safety standards and Abu Dhabi’s traffic regulations
* Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills
Preferred Profile
* Background in infrastructure or public works projects
* Familiarity with Parsons’ ESHARP safety program and auditing frameworks
* Ability to independently manage field logistics, safety planning, and stakeholder engagement
