This position supports the Project Manager (PM) and Assistant Project Manager (APM) in managing multidisciplinary engineering and construction deliverables. Position Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting ongoing infrastructure developments by managing reports, schedules, procurement coordination, and stakeholder communications. This is a dynamic opportunity for early-career engineers to work alongside senior project managers and gain broad exposure to
large-scale road and utility infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Do
* Assist APM and PM with daily project coordination tasks and multidisciplinary collaboration
* Organize internal and external meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items
* Coordinate inputs from multiple departments to prepare consolidated reports and dashboards
* Assist in procurement workflows including RFQ preparation, tender evaluation, and subcontractor coordination
* Prepare draft correspondence, letters, and progress updates for management review
* Develop project schedules and help with updates across work streams
* Monitor project KPIs and generate reports for internal stakeholders and portfolio directors
* Assist in proposal preparation, documentation of execution plans, and QA/QC plans
* Support claims documentation, cost analysis, and financial report coordination
* Attend client meetings and provide real-time project status support
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering
* 1 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure project design or construction coordination
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
* Collaborative mindset with high attention to detail and documentation quality
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience with UAE-based road or utility infrastructure projects
* Familiarity with scheduling and project controls tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
* Exposure to proposal development and technical documentation in consultancy environments
