This role supports the delivery of complex utilities, civil, and landscape developments by coordinating planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. The Project Manager ensures all project elements are aligned, risks are controlled, and outcomes meet client expectations within a structured consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and executing project phases while supporting senior leadership
* Define scope, deliverables, and timelines in coordination with stakeholders
* Develop detailed schedules and monitor progress against key milestones
* Control project budgets, resources, and timelines to maintain efficiency
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities
* Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
* Review progress reports, invoices, and technical documentation for accuracy

* Ensure smooth integration across multiple project disciplines
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* 15+ years of experience managing infrastructure, utilities, or landscape projects
* Strong background in PMC environments handling high-value developments
* Proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion
* Experience dealing with UAE authorities and regulatory frameworks
* Strong communication, reporting, and coordination capabilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in demanding project environments
