Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure assigned site tasks are completed in line with project goals, drawings, specifications, and quality expectations.
* Monitor project progress on site and provide clear updates on work status, risks, delays, and completion milestones.
* Support stakeholder reporting by preparing accurate project status information and communicating updates to relevant team members.
* Assist in managing project budgets by tracking cost-related information and supporting cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify project issues, site constraints, coordination gaps, and technical challenges that may affect progress or delivery.
* Work with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and project teams to help resolve site issues in a timely and practical manner.
* Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable industry standards, project procedures, and safety regulations.
* Support safe work practices by remaining alert to site hazards and escalating safety concerns when required.
* Assist in checking that construction activities follow approved plans, technical requirements, and engineering instructions.
* Participate in site coordination discussions and contribute to action tracking for assigned project activities.
* Maintain clear records of site observations, progress updates, project issues, and assigned engineering tasks.
* Develop practical understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical interfaces within construction site operations.
