Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily field inspections to monitor compliance with quality, performance, specification, and code requirements.
* Maintain accurate inspection records and support clear tracking of quality assurance progress across assigned work areas.
* Review construction activities under general supervision and report non-conforming or incomplete work when identified.
* Participate in punch list inspections, testing activities, commissioning checks, and close-out coordination.
* Provide input for documentation related to area turnovers, equipment turnovers, and project handover requirements.
* Support the project quality team by observing workmanship, materials, installation quality, and site readiness.
* Work with site teams to verify that construction activities follow approved drawings, procedures, and quality expectations.
* Assist in identifying quality gaps and support timely follow-up with relevant project or contractor teams.
* Use limited experience and sound judgment to complete assigned inspection duties accurately.
* Help guide entry-level employees when required, while continuing to learn from senior quality and supervision staff.
* Maintain organized inspection notes, site observations, and supporting quality documentation.
* Follow project procedures, safety requirements, and professional standards while working on-site.
Ideal Profile
* Practical understanding of site inspections, construction quality checks, building works, and project documentation.
* Able to work under general supervision while completing routine quality inspection duties accurately.
* Familiar with checking work against specifications, performance requirements, code expectations, and approved project standards.
* Good attention to detail with the ability to maintain inspection records and track assigned quality activities.
* Comfortable participating in punch lists, testing, commissioning, and turnover documentation processes.
* Able to communicate site observations clearly with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and quality team members.
* Willing to learn, follow instructions, and support quality assurance progress on active construction projects.
* Previous exposure to building, infrastructure, construction, or engineering project environments will be helpful.
* Able to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and support project delivery in a structured quality-focused environment.
