* Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and extensions of time
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and milestones
* Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve site issues efficiently
* Ensure compliance with authority regulations and applicable engineering standards
* Review and approve technical submissions, reports, and site documentation

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 15 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects
* At least 5 years in a Resident Engineer or senior supervision role
* Strong experience in UAE infrastructure projects and authority coordination
* In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts, preferably Red Book
* Proven ability in contract administration, variation assessment, and claims management
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities
* Excellent reporting and communication skills in English and Arabic
