Key Responsibilities
* Lead project planning and controls functions including scheduling, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting
* Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple infrastructure project packages
* Review and approve contractor baseline schedules in line with contract requirements
* Monitor project performance and identify delays, risks, and mitigation strategies
* Conduct time impact analysis, delay analysis, and recovery planning
* Evaluate Extension of Time and disruption claims using industry-standard techniques
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve planning and scheduling issues
* Prepare detailed progress reports and executive presentations for project stakeholders
* Facilitate planning workshops and risk management sessions
* Maintain risk registers and identify potential project conflicts proactively
* Implement planning systems, tools, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
* Lead and manage planning teams, providing technical guidance and leadership
* Promote digital tools and automation in project controls to enhance reporting accuracy
* Issue delay notices and performance alerts when required
* Maintain accurate project records for contract administration and claims support
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects with at least 5 years in UAE
* Strong experience in highways, bridges, and major infrastructure developments
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI for scheduling and reporting
* Extensive experience in planning, risk analysis, and claims management
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing planning teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
