Key Responsibilities
* Manage post-contract cost management activities across multiple large-scale projects
* Act as primary client representative for mid-scale developments
* Lead and supervise teams of six or more across project stages
* Manage cost control procedures, financial reporting, and contract administration
* Lead assessment and management of claims and variations under FIDIC
* Provide advisory on procurement strategies, phasing, consultant and contractor appointments
* Support feasibility studies and pre-contract estimating with design-to-budget guidance
* Oversee projects with CAPEX values exceeding USD 200 million
* Manage resource allocation across several simultaneous projects
* Conduct benchmarking, data collection, and internal reporting
* Ensure strict compliance with quality control and project delivery procedures
* Mentor junior staff and support graduate development programs
* Monitor and manage direct reports’ performance
* Coordinate project scopes and ensure all roles and responsibilities are clearly defined
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a construction-related field
* Minimum 12 years post-graduate experience, with at least 5 years in the Middle East
* Chartered RICS Member (MRICS)
* Proven experience managing landmark commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects
* Strong background in FIDIC contract administration and claims management
* Ability to lead cost teams and manage several projects concurrently
* Strong analytical, reporting, and communication capabilities
