* Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and shop drawings in line with UAE building codes and project requirements
* Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all structural works

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
* Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification
* Minimum eight years of experience in structural engineering with strong exposure to site supervision
* Proven experience on large-scale construction projects in Dubai or similar regional environments
* Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction standards
* Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
* Strong technical reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
* Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control practices
