Key Responsibilities
* Inspect site conditions to verify readiness for permanent structural works
* Provide technical guidance on construction and structural execution matters
* Monitor construction activities including temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with approved methods and specifications
* Maintain detailed records of inspections, progress, and completed tasks
* Supervise inspectors and ensure adherence to project quality standards
* Assist in measurement and verification of completed work
* Monitor and enforce site safety practices across inspection activities
* Support preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation
* Participate in final inspections, snagging processes, and project handover
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in bridge inspection or rehabilitation
* OR Diploma qualification with minimum 7 years relevant experience in infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of bridge inspection techniques and structural assessment
* Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
* Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across teams
