Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Surveyor to support GFRC panel installation projects. The role involves ensuring precise dimensional accuracy, adherence to design specifications, and compliance with project quality and timeline requirements. The Surveyor will play a critical role in site setup, alignment checks, and technical reporting to support seamless installation and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct precision surveys for GFRC panel installation, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
* Set out panel locations using Total Station and other surveying equipment.
* Verify as-built conditions and compare them with design drawings.
* Prepare and maintain detailed site survey reports for review by the Technical Team.
* Mark panel points and check
panel alignment with a tolerance of ±3mm.
* Support the Technical Team with accurate survey data to guide installation activities.
* Ensure all surveying activities meet project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in GRC fabrication or precast survey work.
* Proficient in operating Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS surveying instruments.
* Strong knowledge of GRC fabrication techniques and tolerance requirements.
* Ability to interpret and work from construction and fabrication drawings.
* Familiarity with CAD software is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Prior UAE or Gulf experience preferred.
