* Lead the coordination and integration of railway systems including signalling, communications, traction power, SCADA, OCC, rolling stock, platform systems, depot systems, and associated infrastructure.
* Manage system interfaces between rail systems, civil works, stations, depots, operational teams, external stakeholders, and project delivery packages.
* Establish, maintain, and monitor system interface registers to ensure all interfaces are identified, assigned, tracked, coordinated, and resolved.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver integrated and consistent system design outputs across design, tender, construction, testing, and commissioning stages.
* Ensure effective integration between infrastructure, stations, operational systems, depots, airport-related interfaces, and external systems where applicable.
* Coordinate with operators, authorities, contractors, consultants, specialist system providers, and operational stakeholders on integration requirements and interface resolution.
* Facilitate systems integration workshops, technical coordination meetings, design reviews, interface sessions, and issue resolution discussions.
* Support Systems Engineering activities including requirements management, interface definition, verification, validation, traceability, and integration assurance.
* Work with Configuration and Requirements Management teams to maintain alignment across system baselines, interface definitions, requirements flow-down, and change control.
* Identify integration risks, interface conflicts, operational constraints, technical gaps, and delivery issues that may affect system performance or readiness.
* Develop and follow up mitigation strategies for unresolved interfaces, integration risks, design inconsistencies, testing gaps, and stakeholder alignment issues.
* Lead system integration reviews to confirm that interfaces, operational requirements, safety obligations, and performance expectations are properly addressed.
* Monitor integration progress and support timely resolution of technical and operational issues across project teams.
* Support testing and commissioning activities including FAT, SAT, SIT, integrated testing, trial operations, reliability demonstration, and operational readiness.
* Ensure all systems integration work complies with project requirements, railway standards, safety requirements, operational objectives, and approved procedures.
* Support construction and delivery teams by clarifying system interfaces, implementation responsibilities, access constraints, and integration requirements during execution.
* Provide technical leadership, reporting, and decision support to project management on systems integration progress, risks, and key dependencies.
