#IT_Technical Support Engineer
Installing and configuring computer operating systems, software, systems, networks, CCTV, and DVR's.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required
Provides support for WAN and LAN network connectivity or related network issues for the user community
Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service and Internet access, file sharing).
Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
University degree ( Computer engineering, Computer Science, ).
+1 Years� experience.
Strong knowledge with experience in network operating systems (MCSA,CCNA or equivalent knowledge is must )
Strong knowledge with experience in hardware (servers ,workstations, desktop and laptop)
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel�)
