Salary Range: 6000 â 7000
Brief description of tasks:
1. Secretary activity
a. Answering calls
b. Greeting visitors
c. Helping in organization of events
d. Help with organizing business travel: ticket booking, hotels, visaâs, etc.
e. Preparing data for reporting purpose (invoice workshop consumables; etc
2. SAP activity â helping with the system processing as per below
a. Prepare Spare Parts Sales Order in SAP.
b. Prepare Purchase Order in SAP
3. Sales activity â helping with system tasks as per below
a. Helping with logistics and preparation of documents for export spare parts
b. Preparing spare parts offers
c. Preparing Performa invoices
4. Other
a. Preparing and sending emails related to payments follow-up
b. Constant learning in Excel, Word, Power Point.
