Role Context
The Program Manager supports the successful delivery of commercial real estate and construction projects by ensuring timelines, budgets, and operational milestones remain on track. This role helps drive new facility launches through strong coordination between internal business teams and external partners while improving reporting accuracy and project execution across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Track progress across multiple real estate and construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data quality across project tracking systems
* Coordinate due diligence activities including zoning, legal, environmental, and permitting reviews
* Schedule and manage project meetings while ensuring follow-up on action items and next steps
* Support purchase order processing, invoice reviews, and budget tracking activities
* Work closely with Legal, Finance, Construction, and Engineering teams to remove project blockers
* Coordinate with brokers, consultants, developers, and external stakeholders for smooth project progress
* Improve workflows, project reporting, and internal execution processes
* Monitor risks and provide regular updates to senior leadership
* Support end-to-end strategy execution from site feasibility to operational launch
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience
* Strong background in commercial real estate, lease administration, or industrial facility projects
* PMP certification required
* Experience owning project strategy, delivery timelines, and stakeholder communication
* Strong ability to use data and performance metrics to drive operational improvements
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLookUp, Index Match, Macros, and VBA preferred
* Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple departments
* Knowledge of reporting tools and data visualization platforms preferred
* Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage urgent priorities in fast-paced environments
